Educational Innovation Award

The Educational Innovation Award will be presented to a faculty member for work that develops and/or uses innovative educational approaches to improve learning and outcomes for undergraduate or graduate students. The award is designed to recognize innovation in any part of the educational process, including innovation in pedagogical approach, curricular design, instructional implementation, use of technology or methods to engage and motivate students. Innovation in the assessment of student learning also may be recognized, if the assessment approach is used to enhance student learning. Preference will be given to innovative approaches that are evidence-based, student-centric, sustainable and scalable.

Award Eligibility

Nominations may come from students, faculty or staff. Self-nominations are acceptable and encouraged.
